- Read and reflect upon troubleshooting basic technology and technology within a 1:1 environment.
- Develop solutions for common technical problems for both teachers and students.

1) The following readings cover troubleshooting as well as troubleshooting in the context of a 1:1 laptop program.

3) For the activity this week, you will create a table on your blog addressing a few common problems. The problems are:
- There is no sound coming out of the speakers on the student computers.
- I can't connect to the network.
- My computer keeps freezing up on me.
- My printer won't print.
- My SMARTboard pens aren't working.
