Welcome to EDFI 575!

Welcome to EDFI 575 Current Issues in Educational Technology.  Our primary learning environment for this course will be our course blog, which can be found at http://issuesedtech.blogspot.com/ (bookmark it!).  There is also information on Blackboard, but you will find that the vast majority of work will be found on our blog.  To get started, visit our blog on January 4 and take a look around.  A copy of this email can be found there as a post.  On the right hand side, you will also find information about me, a course description, rubrics that will be used throughout the course and the first module.  Read over the module and get started.  Modules are typically posted on Monday and all work is due by Sunday at midnight.  This course is about taking a deeper look at educational technology, and for that reason, I am really looking forward to teaching it!  Here’s to a great semester!
